Flatbed — rigid media
True flatbed UV printers for rigid substrates and objects.
True flatbed UV printers: the substrate stays still on a vacuum table while the carriage prints over it. This is the right machine for rigid sheet material and for three-dimensional objects, from compact 900 x 600 mm benchtop units for promotional work up to 3.2 x 2.0 m industrial beds for signage and display production. Automatic height measurement lets most of them print on substrates from a thin sheet to 100 mm thick.
8 machines →Hybrid — rigid & roll
One machine for both rigid boards and roll media.
Hybrid UV printers handle rigid boards and flexible roll media on the same machine, switching between the two without changing equipment. A vacuum conveyor table carries the boards through, and the roll system takes over for banners and film. They suit a print shop that does not have the volume — or the floor space — to justify a dedicated flatbed and a dedicated roll-to-roll machine side by side.
7 machines →Roll-to-roll — flexible media
Wide and superwide UV LED printers for roll media.
Roll-to-roll UV LED printers built for continuous production on flexible media — banners, mesh, backlit film and self-adhesive vinyl. UV LED curing means the print comes off the machine dry and ready to finish, with no outgassing delay, and works on unreceptive materials that water-based ink will not hold. Available from 1.8 m up to 5 m superwide, with industrial media handling for heavy rolls.

About this range
Ultraviolet inkjet cures the ink the instant it is printed, so the image is dry and scratch-resistant as it leaves the machine and holds on materials that water-based ink will not wet — acrylic, glass, metal, ceramic, PVC and coated board. The range splits three ways by how the material is carried: a flatbed holds rigid sheets and objects still on a vacuum table, a roll-to-roll pulls flexible media past the heads for continuous production, and a hybrid does both on one frame. White and varnish channels add printing on dark or transparent substrates, and gloss, matte or textured spot effects.
