Flora XTRA3300He Hybrid UV Printer - 3.3 m

The XTRA3300He is a high-speed, high-resolution industrial hybrid UV printer built for direct printing both on flexible roll media (roll-to-roll) and on rigid boards up to 45 mm thick. That flexibility lets a single machine cover the full range of wide-format work and removes the need for separate roll and board printers.

It is a natural fit for professional advertising production: banners and tarpaulins, rigid panels and display, backlits, interior decoration and signage, as well as direct personalisation of rigid materials such as PVC, acrylic, wood and aluminium. Output is consistent, with vivid colour and excellent adhesion across a wide range of substrates.

Konica Minolta KM1024A greyscale print heads with variable drop size (4-12 pl) and four drop levels drive speeds of up to 99 m2/h and resolutions of up to 726 x 1440 dpi, for smooth gradients, clean transitions and sharp detail. The standard configuration supports 4-6 colours, with white and varnish available as options, and the machine can be fitted with up to 12 print heads - enabling advanced modes such as three-layer printing (colour + white + varnish) in a single pass for spot effects and premium finishes.

Power-adjustable UV LED lamps cure the ink instantly, with low energy consumption and long lamp life, so there is no drying time and running costs stay down. A dual negative-pressure system with independent automatic control for the white ink prevents leaks and keeps ink flow stable throughout production.

Media handling is fully automated: thickness detection and head height adjustment protect the heads via the anti-collision function and let the machine move effortlessly between substrates of different thicknesses, while the industrial tensioned feed and take-up system keeps rolls up to 3,300 mm wide running flat, without creases or drift.

The workflow is supported by professional RIP software (PhotoPRINT Server Flora Edition, Onyx, optionally Caldera) with ICC-based colour management and support for all common file formats (TIFF, JPEG, PDF, PostScript, EPS and others), for fast integration into any production environment.
