Flora XTRA3300H Hybrid UV Printer - 3.3 m
The XTRA3300H is an industrial hybrid UV LED printer that prints both on roll media up to 3,300 mm wide and on rigid boards up to 3300 × 2500 mm and 51 mm thick. A vacuum table with conveyor-belt movement and outrigger tables carries the boards, and rolls up to 40 cm in diameter run through the feed and take-up system, so one machine covers banner, vinyl and rigid signage work.
Heads and colour
The XTRA3300H is built with Konica Minolta KM-1024A greyscale heads, up to 24 heads in a dual CMYK layout. Four colours are standard; light cyan, light magenta and white are optional. Variable drop size from 6 to 18 pl with four grey levels and resolution up to 600 × 2400 dpi give smooth gradients and sharp detail. Three-layer spot-colour printing in CWC and WCV modes builds backlit graphics and white effects in a single job.
Productivity
Express mode (4 pass) runs at 136 m²/h, production mode (6 pass) at 103 m²/h and quality mode (8 pass) at 68 m²/h.
Built for steady production
Dynamic UV LED lamps cure the ink as it is printed. The printer measures media thickness and sets the head height automatically, the anti-collision function stops the carriage before the heads hit the material, and an infrared safeguard detects obstacles at the feed and take-up. An automatic dual negative-pressure system with separate white-ink control keeps the ink flow stable. Files are prepared in PhotoPRINT Server Flora Edition or Onyx, with Caldera as an option.
