Printing & labels
UV, solvent, DTF, sublimation, labels & print-and-cut.
UV
Flatbed, hybrid & roll-to-roll UV.
Ultraviolet inkjet cures the ink the instant it is printed, so the image is dry and scratch-resistant as it leaves the machine and holds on materials that water-based ink will not wet — acrylic, glass, metal, ceramic, PVC and coated board. The range splits three ways by how the material is carried: a flatbed holds rigid sheets and objects still on a vacuum table, a roll-to-roll pulls flexible media past the heads for continuous production, and a hybrid does both on one frame. White and varnish channels add printing on dark or transparent substrates, and gloss, matte or textured spot effects.
19 machines →Eco-solvent & solvent
Roll-to-roll outdoor signage & wraps.
Eco-solvent roll printers for outdoor signage, banners, vehicle wraps and point-of-sale graphics. The Galaxy range runs from 1.6 m to 3.2 m wide with Epson i3200 heads — from one- or two-head CL models for everyday signage to four-head machines for high daily volumes.
3 machines →DTF & UV-DTF
Direct-to-film transfer systems.
Direct-to-film printers, in two families. DTF printers print onto film with a powder adhesive, and the transfer is pressed onto garments and textiles with a heat press. UV DTF printers print a UV-cured transfer that is applied by hand to hard objects such as bottles, glass, metal, plastic, ceramic and wood, including curved surfaces a flatbed cannot reach.
3 machines →Sublimation
Direct-to-textile sublimation printers.
Dye-sublimation printers for flags, beach flags, textile banners and fabric décor. The Galaxy UD-3200TXD and UD-32R8TXD print 3.2 m wide directly onto the fabric, without transfer paper, and fix the colours with the heat-fixation system built into the same machine — with four or eight Epson i3200-A1 heads depending on the volume.
2 machines →Single-pass & labels
Single-pass, corrugated & label press.
Digital equipment for labels and packaging. UV digital label presses print short and medium runs without plates, label finishing systems die-cut, slit and embellish the printed rolls, and single-pass printers print corrugated board at full width for boxes and displays.
10 machines →3D printing
Channel letters & prototyping.
Large-format 3D printers for two kinds of work. The AD Series prints channel letters and signage parts in up to four colours, with a UV curing machine to finish the letter faces. The D Series covers industrial and prototyping work, with enclosed, dual-extruder printers from a 400 mm to a full 1000 mm build cube and a filament drying cabinet to keep material dry between jobs.
