Privacy & Cookie Policy

How Adline Solutions collects, uses and protects your personal data, and the cookies we use on adlinesolutions.com — under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romanian Law 190/2018.

Last updated: 1 August 2026

1. Introduction & scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Arcadia Solutions SRL, trading as Adline Solutions ("Adline", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you:

  • visit adlinesolutions.com (the "Website");
  • submit any form (quote request, general enquiry, service request, job application);
  • contact us by email or phone; or
  • otherwise interact with us in connection with the Website.

It is written to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romanian data-protection law (Law 190/2018). It does not cover third-party websites we link to, which have their own policies.

2. Data controller & contact

Arcadia Solutions SRL (brand: Adline Solutions)

We are the controller of the personal data described here. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer; privacy requests are handled by the privacy contact above. Where we act only on another company's behalf (e.g. warranty processing for a manufacturer), we act as a processorunder separate agreements.

3. What personal data we collect, and when

We collect only what we need. Free-text fields should not contain sensitive ("special category") data.

IP address, approximate location (from IP), device and browser type, operating system, language, pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, and interactions — collected via server logs and cookies/similar technologies (see §9). Forms include anti-bot measures (e.g. honeypot / time-trap) that process limited technical signals to block spam.

We do not knowingly collect special-category data (health, religion, etc.) or data from children (§11).

4. Purposes & legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)

5. How we collect data

  • Directly from you — when you fill in a form, email or call us.
  • Automatically — through cookies, similar technologies and server logs when you use the Website (see §9).
  • We do not buy personal data or build profiles from third-party data brokers.

6. Who we share data with (recipients & processors)

We share personal data only with providers who process it on our behalf under a data-processing agreement (Art. 28), or where legally required.

We do not sell your personal data. If our business is reorganised or transferred, data may pass to the successor entity under the same protections.

7. International transfers

Some providers (e.g. Google, Meta) may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, transfers are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or an adequacy decision (e.g. the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). You can request a copy of the safeguards at privacy@adlinesolutions.com.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to: be informed, access your data, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction, data portability, object (including to direct marketing at any time), withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing), and not to be subject to solely automated decisions — we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

How to exercise them: email privacy@adlinesolutions.com. We may need to verify your identity. We respond within one month (extendable by two further months for complex requests, with notice). Exercising these rights is free unless requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Complaints: you may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority — ANSPDCP (Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal), B-dul General Gheorghe Magheru 28–30, Sector 1, 010336 Bucharest, Romania · anspdcp@dataprotection.ro · www.dataprotection.ro — or with the data-protection authority in your EU country of residence.

9. Cookies & similar technologies

On your first visit a consent banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies; refusal is as easy as acceptance and does not block access to the Website. You can change your choice anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer. We apply Google Consent Mode v2. Your consent choice is stored for 12 months.

a) What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (pixels, local storage, SDKs) work in comparable ways. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, measure usage, and support marketing. Cookies can be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by another provider, e.g. Google, Meta), and session (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent (stored for a set period).

b) Strictly necessary — required for the site to work; no consent needed.

e) Third-party content that may set cookies

  • Google Maps (Contact page) — loads a map from Google, which may set cookies and process your IP address.
  • Google Fonts — the site uses the Manrope font; if served from Google, your IP may be processed by Google. (We may self-host fonts to avoid this.)
  • Social media links — clicking through to our profiles takes you to third-party platforms with their own cookies.

f) Controlling cookies in your browser

Besides our banner, you can manage cookies in your browser settings — block or delete cookies, or set alerts. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the Website. See your browser's "Privacy / Cookies" help pages (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Note: the Website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals; use our banner instead.

Names and durations are typical values and may vary slightly by provider version.

10. How long we keep data (retention)

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose and as required by law:

11. Children

The Website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact privacy@adlinesolutions.com and we will delete it.

12. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, secure hosting, form anti-bot protection, and regular review. No online transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authority of a reportable breach as required by law.

13. Marketing communications

We only send marketing (e.g. offers, news) where you have opted in, or to existing customers about similar products where permitted. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; you can also opt out anytime at privacy@adlinesolutions.com.

14. Third-party links & social media

The Website may link to third-party sites and to our social profiles. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; review their policies before sharing data with them.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always shown here with its "Last updated" date; material changes will be highlighted, and where required we will ask for renewed consent.
