Galaxy UD-0900BRV+ 6-in-1 UV Printer

The Galaxy UD-0900BRV+ (F9BRV+ series) is an industrial hybrid UV printer that brings flatbed and UV DTF technology together in a single compact platform offering six distinct operating modes.

It is built around Epson I3200-U1 print heads running UV ink in a CMYK + white + varnish (V1 / V2) configuration, delivering high-resolution images with strong colour saturation. The white channel makes it possible to print on coloured or transparent substrates, while the varnish channel adds gloss or textured spot effects and an extra protective layer over the print.

Automatic height detection allows direct printing on objects up to 500 mm thick without manual adjustment and with a much lower risk of head strikes. Cured prints are waterproof, UV-stable and suitable for outdoor use.

• Standard (6 pass): 9 / 13 / 26 / 39
• Quality (8 pass): 6 / 9 / 18 / 28

W = white, V1 / V2 = varnish. Throughput figures are indicative and depend on the substrate, the artwork and the RIP settings.
