Galaxy UD-0900BRV+ 6-in-1 UV Printer
A compact industrial UV printer with six operating modes on one 900 × 600 mm platform: flatbed UV, UV DTF, UV DTF with foil, rotary printing on cylindrical objects, roll-to-roll (UV RTR) and roll-to-roll with foil. One machine covers rigid parts, three-dimensional and cylindrical objects, transfer stickers and flexible roll media.
The print height runs from 1 mm up to 500 mm with automatic detection, which leaves room for tall objects as well as flat boards.
Print system
The printer carries one to four Epson i3200-U1 heads with UV LED ink, in five colour configurations: W + CMYK + V + V2, W + 2 × CMYK + V, W + CMYK, W + 2 × CMYK and 3 × CMYK. In draft mode (4 pass) it prints at 17, 34 or 51 m²/h, depending on the configuration. Files are prepared in FlexiPrint.

What are the six modes?
Flatbed UV, UV DTF, UV DTF with foil, rotary printing on cylindrical objects, roll-to-roll (UV RTR) and roll-to-roll with foil, all on one 900 × 600 mm platform. One machine covers rigid parts, three-dimensional and cylindrical objects, transfer stickers and flexible roll media.
How tall can objects be?
From 1 mm up to 500 mm, with automatic height detection. That leaves room for tall items such as bottles and tumblers as well as flat boards. Send us your tallest product and we will confirm the set-up.
Which colours does it print?
One to four Epson i3200-U1 heads print UV LED ink in five configurations: W + CMYK + V + V2, W + 2 × CMYK + V, W + CMYK, W + 2 × CMYK and 3 × CMYK. The configurations with V and V2 add varnish and a second varnish channel; 3 × CMYK is for colour-only work.
How fast is it?
17, 34 or 51 m²/h in draft mode (4 pass), depending on the colour configuration. Tell us the mix of white, varnish and colour-only jobs you run and we will recommend the configuration.
Which software does it use?
Files are prepared in FlexiPrint. If your studio already works with another RIP, tell us which one and we will confirm compatibility for your configuration before you order.
