About this machine
Flora Xtra3300 / Xtra5000 UV LED Roll-to-Roll Printer
The Flora Xtra roll-to-roll platform is built for high-volume outdoor and display production. It is available in two widths - Xtra3300 at 3.3 m and Xtra5000 at 5 m superwide - on the same mechanics, ink system and control software, so the choice is purely one of format.
Both widths carry 8 to 16 Konica Minolta KM1024i greyscale heads at 6 pl, reaching up to 200 m2/h in 2-pass mode and 1440 dpi in the highest-quality mode. A linear-motor X axis with a metal encoder strip keeps drop placement accurate at production speed.
Media handling is industrial: rolls up to 400 mm in diameter and 360 kg, vertical roll locking for fast changeover, a multi-zone individually controlled vacuum chamber and multi-point tensioning. Up to three rolls can be printed side by side in one run, and double-sided printing is supported with software front/back alignment.
