Galaxy UD-32L8BPV Gen 6 3.2 m Hybrid UV Printer
An industrial hybrid UV LED printer for high-volume production on both rigid substrates and roll media, up to 3220 mm wide and from 1 mm to 100 mm thick. Motorised roll transport with automatic tensioning and 190 mm large-diameter rubber rollers advance the media precisely, and an optional extension table supports rigid boards.
The machine stands on a fully welded steel chassis that damps vibration. The carriage is driven by a high-precision linear motor and guided by a belt and a precision rail. Calibration is automatic, through internal alignment and height sensors.
Heads and throughput
Two to six Ricoh Gen6 heads are fitted, depending on the colour configuration: W + CMYK + V / W + 2 × CMYK + V / W + CMYK / W + 2 × CMYK / 3 × CMYK / 2 × CMYK / CMYK. Throughput is 50 / 98 / 148 m²/h in draft mode (4 pass) with 1 / 2 / 3 colour channels. Files are prepared in FlexiPrint.
