The FLORA XTRA3220LED is a UV LED flatbed solution for producers who need fine detail quality and industrial throughput from the same machine. It prints directly on almost any rigid material up to 100 mm thick - wood, glass, aluminium, acrylic, PVC, ceramics, decorative panels or composite boards - removing lamination and post-application steps and significantly shortening the time from order to finished product.

With a generous 3200 x 2000 mm working area and speeds of up to 219 m2/h, the machine handles series production and one-off custom work equally well. Greyscale technology with variable drop size and multiple density levels reproduces smooth gradients, natural skin tones and small detail with clean edges at resolutions up to 726 x 1440 dpi. The result is premium-looking prints that stay consistent from the first board to the last.

Dynamic UV LED curing dries the ink instantly, directly on the substrate, with low energy consumption and far longer lamp life than conventional mercury-lamp UV systems. Prints come off the bed dry and ready to handle, and running costs stay under control.

Premium effects and finishes - optional white and varnish channels and three-layer printing (colour - white - varnish) in a single pass produce embossed textures, selective gloss, white backgrounds on transparent or coloured materials and a spot-UV look that raises the perceived value of the product.

Fast, repeatable loading - a vacuum table with six selectable zones and automatic pneumatic registration pins clamp boards in exactly the same position every time, for perfect alignment and high throughput even on long runs.

Reliable operation without unplanned stops - automatic thickness detection sets the head height for each material, the anti-collision system protects the print heads, and white-ink recirculation prevents sedimentation and clogging, keeping the workflow steady.

Configuration flexibility - choose Epson T3200 heads for maximum resolution or Konica Minolta KM1024A heads for maximum speed, depending on the work you do most. The machine grows with the business.

Broad workflow compatibility - support for the main RIP packages (Flora, Onyx, Caldera) and for all common file formats makes integration into an existing production environment straightforward.
