Galaxy F96 UD-0900CQV 4-in-1 UV Flatbed Printer — CQ Series
A compact 900 × 600 mm UV LED printer with four printing modes, including flatbed UV and UV DTF. It prints directly on rigid substrates and objects, and the printer measures substrate height automatically, from 1 mm to 100 mm. The UV ink cures instantly, so parts can be handled as soon as they leave the bed.
Heads and colour configurations
The UD-0900CQV carries one to four Epson i3200-U1 heads. Five colour configurations are available: W + CMYK + V + V2, W + 2 × CMYK + V, W + CMYK, W + 2 × CMYK and 3 × CMYK. The second varnish channel (V2) adds texture and gloss effects. In draft mode (4 pass) the printer runs at 17, 34 or 51 m²/h, depending on the configuration.
Options
A camera positioning system is available as an option and places artwork on parts laid out on the bed. A roll-to-roll unit for UV DTF runs on its own supply, and a height-adjustable mobile stand completes the installation. Files are prepared in FlexiPrint.

What is it for?
Direct printing on rigid substrates and objects laid on a 900 × 600 mm flatbed: personalised gifts and promotional items, acrylic and plastic parts, metal nameplates, small signs and labels. It is a 4-in-1 machine, so it also prints UV DTF transfer stickers. The UV ink cures instantly, so parts can be handled as soon as they leave the bed.
Is the CQ series the same machine as the UD-0900BRV+?
No. The CQ series UD-0900CQV is a 4-in-1 printer with four printing modes, including flatbed UV and UV DTF, and an optional camera. The UD-0900BRV+ is a separate Galaxy model that adds rotary printing on cylindrical objects among its modes.
How tall can the objects be?
From 1 mm up to 100 mm. The printer measures the substrate height automatically, so you do not set the print gap by hand when you move from a thin sheet to a thicker part. Send us a sample of your tallest item and we will confirm how it sits on the bed.
Which colour configuration should we choose?
There are five, on one to four Epson i3200-U1 heads: W + CMYK + V + V2, W + 2 × CMYK + V, W + CMYK, W + 2 × CMYK and 3 × CMYK. In draft mode (4 pass) the printer runs at 17, 34 or 51 m²/h, depending on the configuration. Choose a configuration with varnish for gloss and texture effects, one with white for dark or transparent substrates, and 3 × CMYK for colour-only work. Tell us your job mix and we will recommend one.
What options are available?
A camera positioning system places the artwork on parts laid out on the bed. The roll-to-roll UV DTF unit runs on its own 1,200 W supply, and UV DTF with foil is listed as an option. A height-adjustable mobile stand carries the printer. Tell us which jobs you plan to run and we will quote the options that fit.
Which software does it use?
Files are prepared in FlexiPrint. If your studio already works with another RIP, tell us which one and we will confirm compatibility for your configuration before you order.
What does it need on site?
Floor space for a machine of 2150 × 1160 × 800 mm weighing 224 kg net, and power for 3,000 W for the printer, plus 1,200 W for the roll-to-roll unit and 200 W for the camera. It ships packed at 2300 × 1250 × 935 mm and 342 kg gross, so plan for a pallet truck or forklift at delivery.
