A 3.2 m roll-to-roll UV printer for banner, film and soft-signage production. UV ink cures as it is laid down, so the roll comes off the machine dry and ready to finish, and it holds on materials that water-based ink will not wet.
The carriage runs on a double linear rail, and the ink system uses negative pressure with temperature control — the combination that keeps drop placement stable across a 3.2 m sweep for the length of a full roll. A front lightbox lets backlit work be checked while it prints rather than after.
Built to order around Konica Minolta KM1024i 13 pl heads or Ricoh Gen5 / Gen6. The Konica build runs 98 to 147 m²/h in draft; the Ricoh builds range from 27 to 101 m²/h depending on head generation and count.
A two-bar, four-clamp vinyl bracket system for heavier rolls, and a soft film tension device for stretch-sensitive media.
Banners and mesh, backlit and frontlit film, self-adhesive vinyl, vehicle and event graphics.
