Galaxy UD-32L6BNW BN Series 3.2 m UV Roll-to-Roll Printer
A 3.2 m roll-to-roll UV LED printer for banner, film and soft-signage production. Media runs from roll to roll across the full 3200 mm width, and a front lightbox lets the operator check backlit work while it is still printing, instead of waiting for the finished roll.
The carriage is guided by a double linear rail for steady movement over the full width, and the ink is delivered through a negative pressure system with temperature control. A two-bar, four-clamp vinyl bracket system and a soft film system are available as options for heavier rolls and thin films.
Printhead configurations
The machine is built with two to six Ricoh Gen6 heads, in the configurations W + CMYK / W + 2 × CMYK / CMYK / 2 × CMYK / 3 × CMYK. Throughput is 33 / 71 / 101 m²/h in draft mode (4 pass) with 1 / 2 / 3 colour channels.
Files are prepared in FlexiPrint.
