Galaxy UD-25L6BKW UV Flatbed Printer
An industrial UV LED flatbed for rigid and flexible substrates, with a 2440 × 1220 mm print area. Boards are held by individually switchable vacuum zones and positioned by a pin registration system, and the carriage height can be raised up to 100 mm for thick boards and finished objects.
The mechanics are built for production: a belt-free linear motor, an X-axis linear guide, a ball screw and linear servo motors. An anti-static device is fitted.
The printer runs 2 – 6 Ricoh Gen6 heads in one of these colour configurations: W + CMYK / W + 2 × CMYK / CMYK / 2 × CMYK / 3 × CMYK. Resolution goes up to 1440 dpi, and output in draft mode (4 pass) is 50, 98 or 148 m²/h with 1, 2 or 3 colour channels. Files are prepared in FlexiPrint, calibration is software-based, and the printer connects by USB.

Boards are held by individually switchable vacuum zones, so you switch on only the area the board covers, and positioned by a pin registration system. An anti-static device is fitted.
How is the machine built?
