Galaxy UD-25L6BKV UV Flatbed Printer
The Galaxy UD-25L6BKV is an advanced industrial solution for UV printing on flat surfaces, designed to meet demanding requirements for quality, speed and versatility. Equipped with Ricoh Gen6 print heads and an optional white and varnish channel, it prints on a wide range of rigid and flexible substrates - from cardboard and paper through to PVC foam board, acrylic, leather and textiles.
UV LED technology cures the ink almost instantly without generating excessive heat, which makes the machine equally suited to industrial decoration and sign-and-display production. A heavy-duty structure, a belt-free linear motor and advanced positioning systems deliver consistent accuracy and long-term durability in continuous production.
Media up to 2500 mm wide can be loaded, with an effective print width of 1300 mm. The flatbed transport combines an X-axis linear guide, a ball screw and linear servo motors, while individually switchable vacuum zones hold the substrate flat during printing. An anti-static device and a pin registration system for boards complete the set-up, and the carriage height adjusts up to 100 mm for thicker items. Output is driven from a PhotoPRINT RIP with software-based calibration.
