Galaxy UD-25R8CKV UV Flatbed Printer
The Galaxy UD-25R8CKV is an advanced flatbed UV printing system built around Epson I3200 print heads and an 8-channel ink configuration that includes white and varnish. It is designed for high-precision industrial and sign-and-display production on both rigid and flexible substrates. UV LED curing gives instant fixation of the ink, while the heavy-duty machine structure delivers the stability, registration accuracy and durability required for continuous production.
The ink set can be run as CMYK, CMYK + White or CMYK + White + Varnish, so the same platform covers straight four-colour work, printing on coloured and transparent substrates with an underlying or overlying white, and spot or flood varnish finishing. Output resolution reaches 1440 dpi.
The machine prints an effective image width of 1300 mm on media up to 2500 mm wide. The carriage height is adjustable up to 100 mm, so thicker rigid boards and even finished objects can be fed through the machine. Motion is handled by a rigid steel frame, linear servo motors and a pin registration system for repeatable board placement. Files are driven from a PhotoPRINT RIP over a USB connection.
