Galaxy UD-25R8CKV UV Flatbed Printer
An industrial UV LED flatbed for rigid and flexible substrates, with a 2440 × 1220 mm print area. The carriage height can be raised up to 100 mm for thick boards and finished objects, and a pin registration system positions the boards on a rigid steel frame driven by linear servo motors.
The machine takes 1 – 8 Epson i3200-U1 heads. Configurations run from CMYK only, through white and varnish set-ups, up to 2 × W + 4 × CMYK + 2 × V. Output resolution is 1440 dpi. In draft mode (4 pass) it reaches 15, 31, 44 or 58 m²/h with 1, 2, 3 or 4 × CMYK.
UV LED curing fixes the ink instantly, with a low heat load on the substrate. Files are prepared in FlexiPrint, calibration is software-based, and the printer connects by USB.
Applications
Rigid signage and display boards, acrylic, PVC and composite panels, decoration with white underprint and spot varnish, printing on finished objects.

Does UV LED curing heat the material?
The UV LED curing fixes the ink instantly with a low heat load on the substrate. If you print a material that is sensitive to heat, send us a sample and we will run a test before you commit.
Which software and file formats does it work with?
Files are prepared in FlexiPrint, calibration is software-based, and the printer connects by USB. It accepts TIFF, JPG, BMP, PLT, EPS and other formats. Send us a typical job file with its white and varnish layers and we will check it through the workflow.
What does it need on site?
A 220 V supply for 5,500 W total installed power, a room kept between 20 and 30 °C, and floor space for a machine of 4,510 × 2,170 × 1,480 mm at 950 kg. Plan the unloading and the floor loading for that weight.
