The Flora X20 is a hybrid UV LED printer that handles both rigid sheets and roll media on the same platform. It prints up to 2000 mm wide, takes rigid material from 0 to 51 mm thick and rolls up to 100 m long, and is rated at 150 m²/h in four-pass production mode. Printheads are Konica Minolta KM 1024A, fitted in configurations from four to twelve heads, with CMYK as the base set and White and Clear available as options.

The head configuration is what decides the machine's character. A twelve-head build can carry White and Clear alongside the process colours and print colour-white-colour in a single pass, which is how backlit panels, second-surface prints on clear acrylic and spot-varnish effects are produced without a second run through the machine. Ink sub-tanks are heated so viscosity stays where the head expects it regardless of workshop temperature.

Motion on the X axis is by linear motor rather than a belt drive. A belt stretches and takes up backlash over time, which shows as banding and registration drift on multi-pass work; a direct linear drive removes that wear path. An automatic media alignment system squares the sheet before printing, an ionising system bleeds off the static charge that plastic sheets pick up and that otherwise attracts dust into the wet ink, and an anti-crush system protects the carriage from lifted material.

UV LED curing means the print is dry as it leaves the head, so rigid boards can be stacked and rolls wound immediately. The inks carry GREENGUARD Gold certification, which matters for interior work in schools, hospitals and offices. Colour profiles are built for lower ink consumption and the catalogue puts running cost at 0.7 €/m² at average photographic coverage.

The machine runs under FlexiPrint, with Onyx and Caldera available as options. It needs 6 × 7 m of floor space and one operator, draws 25 A + 25 A from a 220 V supply, and weighs 1500 kg. It is aimed at production shops with volumes up to roughly 1,500 m² a day.
