Flora X20 Hybrid UV LED Printer
The Flora X20 (also sold as X20S) is a hybrid UV LED printer that handles both rigid boards and roll media on the same machine. Rigid material up to 2000 × 2000 mm and 51 mm thick moves through on a vacuum table with conveyor-belt transport and outrigger tables, and rolls up to 2000 mm wide and 30 cm in diameter run through the automatic take-up and feed-in system.
Heads and colour configuration
The X20 is built with Konica Minolta KM-1024A greyscale heads, up to 24 heads in 6 rows. CMYK is standard; light cyan, light magenta and white are optional, for 4 to 6 colours plus white. Variable drop size from 6 to 18 pl with four grey levels and a resolution of up to 726 × 1440 dpi give smooth gradients and clean small text. Three-layer spot-colour printing in CWC and WCV modes builds backlit and layered prints in a single job.

- Printhead anti-crash function: the carriage stops if a head would hit the material.
- Automatic height adjustment: the printer measures material thickness and sets the head height.

Dynamic UV LED lamps cure the ink as it is printed. The X20 works with PhotoPRINT Server Flora Edition, with Onyx or Caldera as options, and accepts TIFF, JPEG, PostScript, EPS and PDF files in CMYK or RGB.

Yes, it is a hybrid. Rigid boards up to 2000 × 2000 mm and 51 mm thick travel on a vacuum table with conveyor-belt transport and outrigger tables. Roll media up to 2000 mm wide and 30 cm in diameter runs through the automatic feed-in and take-up. So signage boards, banners and self-adhesive vinyl come off the same machine.
