Galaxy UD-03WBYV A3 UV DTF + Flatbed Printer
The Galaxy UD-03WBYV is a high-precision dual-function machine that combines direct-to-substrate UV flatbed printing with UV DTF (direct-to-film) transfer printing, giving maximum flexibility for commercial and light industrial work.
In flatbed mode it prints directly onto rigid items up to 100 mm tall across a 300 x 380 mm bed - wood, metal, glass, ceramic, acrylic, PVC, leather and rigid board. In UV DTF mode it prints onto film for transfer to flexible substrates, textiles and packaging, including curved and irregular surfaces.
The Epson i3200-U1 HD print head and an integrated UV LED lamp deliver sharp, immediately cured output in CMYK plus white and varnish. White provides opacity on coloured and transparent materials, varnish adds gloss and texture.
With an A3 footprint and a single-phase 220 V supply, the machine installs anywhere without special site preparation, and running and maintenance costs stay low - two production technologies from one investment.
