Galaxy F96 UD-0900BGV 900 x 600 mm UV LED Flatbed Printer
A compact 900 × 600 mm UV LED flatbed for printing directly onto rigid and flexible substrates, from wood, glass and plastic to leather, rubber, aluminium, copper, porcelain and ceramics, on objects up to 100 mm thick. A vacuum table holds the material in place, and a thickness sensor sets the print height automatically, with an anti-crash system protecting the heads. An integrated ionising system removes static from plastics and acrylic before printing.
Heads and ink configurations
The UD-0900BGV carries one to four Epson i3200-U1 heads in three colour configurations: W + CMYK + V, W + 2 × CMYK + V or 3 × CMYK. In draft mode (4 pass) it prints at 17, 34 or 51 m²/h, depending on the configuration.
Files are prepared in FlexiPrint, and the printer connects by Ethernet. A movable raised stand and a remote control unit are available as options.

Which ink configuration should we choose?
There are three, on one to four Epson i3200-U1 heads: W + CMYK + V, W + 2 × CMYK + V and 3 × CMYK. In draft mode (4 pass) the machine prints at 17, 34 or 51 m²/h, depending on the configuration. If you need white underprint or varnish, choose one of the first two; for colour-only work, 3 × CMYK.
How does it hold the material and protect the heads?
A vacuum table holds the material in place, and a thickness sensor sets the print height automatically from 1 mm to 100 mm. An anti-crash system protects the heads, and an integrated ionising system removes static from plastics and acrylic before printing.
Which software and file formats does it work with?
