The Galaxy UD-09R3BGV is a current-generation UV LED flatbed printer built for the varied demands of the print and promotional-products industry, delivering high-quality, durable results on a very wide range of materials.
Three Epson I3200 print heads give resolutions of up to 1440 dpi, for fine detail and vivid colour. The I3200 is known for its high jetting frequency and its compatibility with a broad range of ink chemistries.
The printer handles wood, glass, plastic, leather, rubber, aluminium, copper and porcelain, which makes it equally at home in commercial printing and in promotional-item production.
An integrated ionising system neutralises static on the substrate surface, improving ink adhesion, raising print quality and reducing rejects caused by dust attraction and satellite drops. A vacuum hold-down system keeps media stable throughout the job, and automatic media height detection combined with an anti-crash system protects the heads without manual set-up.
