Galaxy UD-3200BEW 3.2 m Roll-to-Roll UV LED Printer
A 3.2 m roll-to-roll UV LED printer for mid-volume advertising production. It takes media up to 3200 mm wide and up to 1 mm thick, on rolls up to 100 m long: frontlit and backlit banner, mesh, self-adhesive vinyl and paper.
One to four Epson i3200-U1 heads print at up to 1440 dpi, depending on the mode, in the configurations CMYK / 2 × CMYK / 3 × CMYK / 4 × CMYK / W + CMYK / W + 2 × CMYK. Throughput is 18 / 35 / 46 / 60 m²/h in draft mode (4 pass) with 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 × CMYK. Integrated UV LED lamps cure the ink instantly, so prints come off dry. The integrated take-up system has anti-scratch protection.
Ink comes from a chipless CISS bulk supply. Files are prepared in FlexiPrint, and the printer connects by USB or Ethernet.

What media does it take?
Frontlit and backlit banner, mesh, self-adhesive vinyl, paper and similar roll media, up to 3200 mm wide and 1 mm thick, on rolls up to 100 m long. Typical work is wide banners and mesh, backlit and frontlit graphics, building wraps and large-format advertising.
How many heads, and how fast?
One to four Epson i3200-U1 heads, printing at up to 1440 dpi depending on the mode. In draft mode (4 pass) the printer reaches 18, 35, 46 or 60 m²/h with 1, 2, 3 or 4 × CMYK. Tell us the square metres you run per day and we will recommend the configuration.
Can it print white?
Yes, in the W + CMYK and W + 2 × CMYK configurations. The colour-only configurations are CMYK, 2 × CMYK, 3 × CMYK and 4 × CMYK. Choose the configuration when you ask for a quote.
Do prints need drying time?
No. Integrated UV LED lamps cure the ink instantly, so prints come off dry, with improved durability. The integrated take-up system has anti-scratch protection, which keeps the printed face protected as the roll winds up, on rolls up to 100 m long.
Which software and file formats does it work with?
Files are prepared in FlexiPrint, and the printer connects by USB or Ethernet. It accepts TIFF, JPEG, EPS, PDF and PostScript files. Send us a typical job file and the media you run, and we will check it through the workflow.
What does it need on site?
A 220 V supply for 3,910 W, a room at 18 – 30 °C and 35 – 65 % humidity, and floor space for a machine of 4580 × 920 × 1720 mm weighing 427 kg. Leave working room front and back to load 3.2 m rolls.
Is there an eco-solvent version of this printer?
