Galaxy UD-1300CSV 4-in-1 Hybrid UV Printer with Camera Positioning
A hybrid UV printer with four modes on one platform: flatbed, roll-to-roll, UV DTF and continuous conveyor belt. The flatbed area is 1300 × 700 mm and roll media runs up to 1300 mm wide, so the same machine handles boards, parts laid out on the table, roll films and transfer stickers.
An AI scanning camera reads the table and identifies the position of each part, so objects can be printed without jigs or templates. Print height is detected automatically between 1 mm and 50 mm, and a vacuum table holds the material in place.
Heads and productivity
The UD-1300CSV carries one to four Epson i3200-U1 heads with UV LED ink, in five colour configurations: W + CMYK + V, W + 2 × CMYK + V, W + CMYK, W + 2 × CMYK and 3 × CMYK. Multilayer CWC and WCV printing is done in a single pass. In draft mode (4 pass) it prints at 14, 31 or 51 m²/h, depending on the configuration. Files are prepared in Riin.

What are the four modes?
Flatbed, roll-to-roll, UV DTF and continuous conveyor belt, on one platform. The same machine handles boards, parts laid out on the table, roll films and transfer stickers. Media feeds either on the conveyor belt or from rolls for roll-to-roll work.
How does the camera positioning work?
An AI scanning camera reads the table and identifies the position of each part, so objects can be printed without jigs or templates. You lay the parts on the vacuum table, the camera locates them, and the artwork is placed on each one.
What sizes and thicknesses does it take?
The flatbed area is 1300 × 700 mm and roll media runs up to 1300 mm wide. Print height is detected automatically between 1 mm and 50 mm, so parts thicker than 50 mm need another solution. Send us your part sizes and we will check the fit.
Which head configuration should we choose?
There are five, on one to four Epson i3200-U1 heads: W + CMYK + V, W + 2 × CMYK + V, W + CMYK, W + 2 × CMYK and 3 × CMYK. In draft mode (4 pass) the printer runs at 14, 31 or 51 m²/h, depending on the configuration. If your work needs white or varnish, choose one of the white configurations; for colour-only work, 3 × CMYK.
Can it print layered jobs in one go?
Yes. Multilayer CWC and WCV printing is done in a single pass, so the layers are laid down in one run rather than in separate passes over the same part.
Which materials can it print?
Rigid: acrylic (PMMA), foam PVC, ACP, wood and glass. Flexible: self-adhesive film, banner, technical films and UV DTF film. Files are prepared in Riin. If your material is not on the list, send us a sample and we will test it.
What does it need on site?
