The Galaxy CSV brings four ways of working together on one platform: flatbed printing on rigid material over a 1300 × 700 mm bed, roll-to-roll on flexible media up to 1300 mm wide, roll production of UV DTF labels, and continuous feeding on a conveyor belt with scanning and printing in flow. Printheads are Epson I3200-U1, supplied in configurations from 3 × CMYK up to White + 2 × CMYK + Varnish, running UV inks in CMYK plus White and Varnish.

The camera positioning system is what makes the conveyor mode practical. An AI scanning camera reads the table and identifies automatically where each piece lies and what shape it is, so parts can be laid out freehand on the belt instead of being located in jigs or against registration marks. For short runs of many small items — the case where setting up a template costs more than the printing — that removes most of the preparation time.

Print height is detected automatically over a range of 1 to 50 mm, so moving from a sheet of acrylic to a thick block does not need a manual head-height setting. Material is held down by vacuum from a 1,500 W pump, which keeps thin sheets and films flat for the whole of the print rather than letting them lift into the carriage.

Multilayer printing is done in a single pass: colour-white-colour and white-colour-varnish stacks are laid in one traverse, which is how opacity on clear or dark material and raised varnish effects are achieved without re-registering a second run. Productivity in CMYK is 51, 39 and 28 m²/h at four, six and eight passes; adding White or Varnish brings that to 31, 23 and 16 m²/h at the same pass counts.

The machine is driven by the Riin RIP, which handles job management and the White and Varnish layers. The printer draws 2,300 W with a further 1,500 W for the vacuum pump, measures 2861 × 2670 × 1330 mm and weighs 1000 kg. It suits shops doing personalisation and short-run industrial decoration alongside conventional roll and board work.
