L1 Lite-1700 Wide-Format Roll Laminator

The L1 Lite-1700 brings the approach of the L1 into a more compact frame. A 750 W industrial servo motor with gear and chain drive runs it at up to 45 m/min across a 1630 mm laminating width, with heating up to 80 °C and material up to 40 mm thick. The top roller is lifted electrically, on 150 mm silicone rollers.

Four electrically driven tungsten-steel knives trim the work during lamination, with automatic slitting correction. Film rolls sit on three pneumatic splined shafts with automatic locking, so the cores are not damaged when a roll is changed, and adjustable LED lighting lights the work area.

The smart touchscreen runs in 15 languages, keeps customisable preference settings and can be updated remotely. Laminated length is set and counted precisely, and the machine stops automatically at the end of the job. A vacuum feed table holds the material flat, two multifunction foot pedals at the front and rear are synchronised with the speed control knob, and anti-pinch protection keeps fingers away from the nip.
