Roll-to-roll laminators
Wide-format roll laminators.
A roll laminator presses a film onto a print between two silicone rollers, so the print is protected from scuffing, moisture and UV, and gains the finish the job calls for — gloss, matt or textured. The same machine mounts prints onto rigid board, which is the step between printing a graphic and hanging it.
5 machines →Heat presses
Flat heat presses for transfer, sublimation and flex film, from tabletop to large-format platens.
A heat press finishes almost every transfer process: DTF and DTG after curing, sublimation onto coated substrates, flex and flock film, and screen-printed transfers. The machine does one job, but it has to do it identically on the first piece of the morning and the last piece of the shift. Three things decide whether it does. Temperature has to be uniform across the whole platen, not only under the sensor, which is a question of how the heating element is built rather than of the wattage on the label. Pressure has to be even, which is why an adjustable system under the lower platen matters more than raw force. And the cycle has to end by itself, because an operator who has to remember to lift the platen will eventually scorch a garment. Auto-open presses solve the third point outright: the platen lifts when the timer runs out, the operator is freed between cycles, and the press stops being the bottleneck in a small shop.

About this range
Finishing equipment for printed graphics and transfers. Roll-to-roll laminators apply protective and mounting films to large-format prints, and heat presses fix DTF, sublimation and flex film transfers onto textiles and other substrates.
