Jwei SG1625 Autoline Automatic Cutting Line

The SG1625 Autoline is the SG1625 cutting table fitted with an automatic loading system (Auto Loader) and an automatic collection system (Auto Stacker), so the line runs continuously without an operator at the machine. Material is stacked on a pallet in the loader, a camera reads the register marks and QR codes and opens the matching cut file, and the finished pieces are passed to the stacker.

The line works in two modes. In precision mode the sheet is laid printed side down onto the conveyor and a camera underneath reads the codes, so creasing is done on the reverse of the print, which gives a cleaner fold. In fast mode the sheet lies face up and the CCD camera starts the process automatically. In both modes the loader prepares the next sheet while the current one is being cut, so the bed is not left waiting.

Cutting speed reaches 2000 mm/s on a 1600 × 2500 mm effective area, with repeatability under 0.05 mm and material thickness up to 50 mm. Motion control updates in 0.00015 s and runs on a bus controller with an advanced servo system, imported linear guides, feed screws and backlash-free helical gearing; the material is held by vacuum suction. Jobs arrive over an Ethernet port in HP-GL compatible format.

Operator access is controlled by NFC, the tool is set automatically and the router bit is changed automatically, and the line runs at 64 dB. The machine draws 13 kW from a 380 V ±10% supply, measures 2560 × 3380 × 1410 mm and weighs 1100 kg. It suits packaging and display producers running repeat work where the gain comes from continuous, unattended operation rather than from the cut itself.
