About this machine
The AD-F4 Pro is MINGDA's flagship one-stop 3D printing signage solution. Its IMS four-colour automatic feeding system lets a single machine produce multi-colour LED letters without manual filament changes, while Klipper firmware with Input Shaper delivers up to 300 mm/s travel speed, 200 mm/s high-speed printing, 10,000 mm/s² peak acceleration (0-300 mm/s in 0.035 s) and 40 mm³/s maximum flow. A reference light-box model of 800 × 765 × 80 mm prints in about 8 hours, against roughly 40 hours on conventional letter printers. The air-heated bed warms up faster, uses less energy and reduces warping, and the third-generation auto-levelling system keeps the 1200 × 800 mm platform flat. MINGDA's own SignMaker / MINGDA Slicer software adds font generation, vector (DXF/SVG) reading and 2D-to-3D conversion, so sign shops go from artwork to printed letter without third-party CAD. Remote control and monitoring allow unattended production.
