About this machine
The AD-F4 Mini brings the AD-F4 four-colour signage workflow into a smaller footprint. The IMS four-colour feeding system (4 in 1 out hotend) with four 1 kg trays produces multi-colour channel letters in one run, and the Klipper-based motion system reaches 300 mm/s. AI defect detection plus filament run-out detection, power-loss recovery and remote management keep long unattended jobs safe, while an enclosed, sealed filament box protects hygroscopic signage filament. Operation runs on MINGDA's PI computing platform with a 7-inch HD integrated touchscreen; SignMaker and MINGDA Slicer read .dxf and .svg artwork directly, so sign makers can move from vector file to finished letter without extra CAD software.
