AEON roller rotary device
A roller rotary for engraving the full circumference of straight-sided cylinders — tumblers, bottles, pipes. The workpiece simply rests on two driven rollers fitted with rubber O-rings, which turn it under the laser head. Nothing is clamped, so setup is the quickest of the AEON rotaries: lay the piece on the rollers and start the job.
Choosing between the rotaries
Rollers suit pieces with a constant diameter. For tapered or stemmed items — wine glasses, necked bottles, short pieces — the R7C14 chuck rotary holds the piece on its own axis. If you need both, the R7G12 Octopus Duo combines rollers and chuck in one unit.
