AEON chuck rotary device
A chuck rotary for engraving the full circumference of round objects — glasses, bottles, mugs, bracelets and tumblers. The workpiece is held in the chuck rather than on rollers, so it stays concentric and the seam where the engraving closes stays clean.
Capacity
Workpieces from 20 to 300 mm long and Ø5 to Ø75 mm, with a useful stroke of 292 mm and a centre height of 55 mm.
Drive
A two-phase stepper motor 57 (NEMA 23) at a rated current of 5.6 A, through a 1:1.6 reduction ratio.
