Integrated label printing and finishing

Orca 350 combines inkjet printing, flexographic processes, digital varnish and foil stamping in one modular production line. It supports variable-data printing and digital embellishment for labels.

The unwinder uses servo-controlled feeding, with web-break detection and joint inspection. Corona treatment and double-sided contact dust removal prepare the material. The print unit has a lifting mechanism and automatic nozzle cleaning and moisturising.

Configurable modules

The brochure shows an integrated configuration. Coating or spot-colour flexographic stations, film lamination and the automatic printing system are configuration-dependent options. The rewinder can move up and down. Exact configuration and output should be confirmed for the intended application.
