The UD-13R3CLV is an all-in-one UV printer for high-precision work on a wide range of substrates. It prints both UV DTF — with or without transfer film — and conventional UV roll-to-roll, at up to 1300 mm width on rolls up to 100 m, and is rated at 13 m²/h in four-pass production mode. Three Epson i3200 U1 printheads carry CMYK together with White and Clear, so opacity layers and varnish effects are available without a second pass through the machine.

The gold and silver option is what separates this machine from a plain UV roll printer. A Glue channel lays adhesive where metallic effect is wanted, and gold or silver foil is then applied to those areas only. Because the glue is printed as artwork rather than stamped from a die, each job can carry different metallic detail with no tooling cost, which is what makes short-run decorated labels and personalised promotional items economic.

A UV DTF workflow is supported end to end. An automatic feed system handles both the carrier film and the UV DTF transfer film, so the printed layer can be laminated to its transfer sheet in line and then applied to curved and three-dimensional objects — glass, ceramic, plastic housings — that cannot go through a flatbed. The machine also prints direct onto other flexible materials when transfer is not needed.

Ink is fed from a chipless CISS bulk supply refilled from bottles, and the colour profiles are built for lower ink consumption. The catalogue quotes 1 €/m² at average photographic coverage plus the cost of the UV DTF film. An anti-crush system protects the carriage from lifted material, and the inks carry GREENGUARD Gold certification.

Installation needs only 3 × 1 m of floor space and one operator, with a 220 V supply and 1800 W of draw. The machine measures 2400 × 950 × 1660 mm and weighs 280 kg, and runs under the FlexiPrint RIP. It is aimed at advertising production workshops, particularly those doing promotional personalisation, label work and packaging samples.
