Textile laser cutting
CO₂ laser cutters with contour recognition.
About this range
Cutting printed textile with a CO₂ laser seals the edge as it cuts, so a polyester flag or a sublimated panel needs no hemming and cannot fray. A camera reads the printed contour before the beam moves, which matters because fabric stretches and shifts on the conveyor: the machine cuts where the print actually is, not where the file says it should be.
