About this machine
The PA-DFS800i handles the two jobs that destroy ordinary filter media: cutting carbon fibre and composite laminates such as CFRP and CMC, and laser cleaning of painted or oxidised parts. Carbon fibre dust is abrasive and electrically conductive; paint removal produces hot, partly burning particles. The pre-filter is therefore a flame retardant PTFE cartridge, followed by HEPA H14 and activated carbon. 800 m³/h at up to 10000 Pa.

Intelligent version (PIPS)
This is the i version of the model. It adds the Pure-Air Intelligent Purification System: an industrial touch screen that shows real airflow and negative pressure in real time, a filter health manager that warns before a stage blocks, and automatic airflow compensation so extraction does not fade as the filter loads. I/O and RS-485 allow remote start/stop, linkage with the host machine or robot and centralised control of several units. PM2.5, VOC and O3 sensors are available as an option, and firmware updates are loaded from a TF card.
Installation
Free-standing on castors, or ducted to an enclosed cutting cell. Use earthed, antistatic ducting when cutting carbon fibre - the dust is electrically conductive. Leave the front clear for cartridge changes.
