TPS S8900 Automatic Channel Letter Bending Machine
TPS S8900 is the precision machine in the range, a full upgrade of the earlier S8710. Closed-loop control, pneumatic clamping and a double lead-screw alternate feed replace the belt drive, which raises feeding torque and keeps the strip from creeping under load — the two things that decide whether a tall letter closes cleanly.
A servo-driven V-groove slotter with adjustable depth and the telescopic alternating bending bars handle heavier gauges and taller profiles than an entry-level bender can. Side hole punching is available as an option and is done in the same pass, which removes a separate drilling step when the back plate has to be fixed.
It is the machine for high-grade landscape LED letters, stainless steel letters, punched letters and resin letters where the finish is judged close up.
