TPS S6720 Automatic Channel Letter Bending Machine
TPS S6720 is the entry point into automatic channel letter production. A closed-loop control system, pneumatic clamping and synchronous-belt alternate feeding move the metal strip through the machine, while V-groove slotting and telescopic alternating bending form the letter body in a single pass — no welding, grinding or filling afterwards.
It also carries a dedicated aluminium edge-removal system, so aluminium profiles leave the machine without the sharp edge that normally has to be dressed by hand.
With 2.2 kW installed power and a 400 kg frame, the S6720 suits a sign shop that produces LED letters, stainless steel letters, punched letters and resin letters in normal commercial sizes, and wants a machine it can run from the drawing files it already has.
