The C25 Pro+ prints directly on corrugated board and is built for packaging production rather than for occasional work. Industrial piezo drop-on-demand printheads deliver up to 1200 m²/h at a maximum resolution of 600 × 1200 dpi, with multi-level greyscale printing for saturated colour and fine detail. Four working modes — draft, express, production and quality — run at 1200, 600, 400 and 300 m²/h, so the operator trades speed against rendering on a job-by-job basis.

The head arrangement can be extended to three rows, and the move from the economy version to the high-speed version is an online upgrade rather than a rebuild, which lets a converter start at a lower output and add capacity as volume grows. Ink is water-based, either dye or pigment, in a CMYK set fed from 10 litre tanks per colour. Ink thermostatting holds the temperature, and therefore the viscosity, steady so that drop size does not drift over a long shift; nozzle cleaning and moistening are automatic, which matters on a machine intended for 24/7 running.

Boards are fed on the front edge, held on a vacuum table and carried on an industrial conveyor belt, with a full-servo drive for the board that stays stable at high speed. The machine takes sheets 500 – 2500 mm wide and 400 – 1500 mm long, or up to 4000 mm with the optional support, in thicknesses of 1.5 – 15 mm. Yellow and white kraft corrugated board and honeycomb panels are all within range.

Services are a three-phase AC 380 – 400 V supply at 40 A and 15 kW, plus dry compressed air at 6 – 8 bar, in a room held at 24 – 28 °C and 50 – 70% relative humidity. The machine itself measures 5300 × 3950 × 1820 mm and weighs 5500 kg, but the installation footprint to plan for is 8300 × 8910 × 3000 mm. Data arrives over USB 3.0 and the RIP is Photoprint, with the system open to third-party RIP software.

It suits corrugated packaging converters moving short runs, versioned artwork and sampling away from flexo, where plate cost and make-ready make small quantities uneconomic.
