Digital label embellishment
JV-350 adds decorative effects to printed labels using drop-on-demand digital printing and LED curing. The brochure lists 3D spot UV, embossed effects, reverse varnish, cast-and-cure, variable foiling and Braille applications.
The system processes coated or uncoated self-adhesive paper and suitable synthetic substrates. Servo-controlled roll handling supports repeat passes, with stated secondary registration accuracy of ±0.15 mm.
Options
Corona treatment and dust removal, a variable-data system and a coating unit are optional. Foiling can be upgraded to apply three films simultaneously; this upgrade is not implied to be standard.
