About this machine
UV inkjet label printing
This roll-fed press uses industrial piezoelectric printheads and UV ink for labels on coated paper, synthetic paper and PE/PET/PVC films. Closed-loop AC servo tension control monitors web tension, web breaks and roll diameter.
Automatic nozzle cleaning and standby moisturising simplify maintenance. Nozzle compensation helps maintain print uniformity. The touchscreen software provides job, printed-area and ink-consumption statistics and supports variable-data printing, including QR codes and barcodes.
Optional modules
Flexographic units can be fitted before and/or after digital printing. Primer, varnish and foil modules depend on the selected line configuration. The image shows the digital press; optional modules are not implied to be included.

What does CMYK + TOVG give us?
CMYK + TOVG covers 95% of the Pantone range. A gloss varnish is available as an option. Send us the Pantone references you print most often and we will check them with you before you commit.
What widths, speeds and resolutions does it run?
Media up to 370 mm wide, with a print width of 60–330 mm, at 30–100 m/min. Resolution can be set to 600 × 600 or 600 × 1200 dpi. It unwinds rolls up to 1000 mm in diameter on 76 mm (3 inch) cores, and uses industrial piezoelectric printheads.
What are the site requirements?
Plan for a 380 V three-phase, 50–60 Hz supply with a maximum power of 55 kW and a clean, condensation-free compressed-air line at 0.6 MPa. The press measures 5505 × 2040 × 2080 mm, weighs 5500 kg and needs about 11 m² of floor. Keep the room at 20–25 °C and 30–70% RH, non-condensing.
Which finishing modules can be added?
A flexographic printing unit can be fitted before or after the digital print stage. Primer, varnish and foil modules depend on the selected line configuration, and the press pictured is the digital unit only, without optional modules. Tell us the finishes your labels need and we will configure and quote the line around them.
How does it keep the web and heads stable on long runs?
Closed-loop AC servo tension control monitors web tension, and the press detects web breaks and roll diameter automatically. On the head side, nozzle cleaning is automatic, the heads are moisturised in standby and nozzle compensation helps maintain print uniformity. Data arrives over an optical-fibre interface.
