About this machine

UV inkjet label printing

This roll-fed press uses industrial piezoelectric printheads and UV ink for labels on coated paper, synthetic paper and PE/PET/PVC films. Closed-loop AC servo tension control monitors web tension, web breaks and roll diameter.

Automatic nozzle cleaning and standby moisturising simplify maintenance. Nozzle compensation helps maintain print uniformity. The touchscreen software provides job, printed-area and ink-consumption statistics and supports variable-data printing, including QR codes and barcodes.

Optional modules

Flexographic units can be fitted before and/or after digital printing. Primer, varnish and foil modules depend on the selected line configuration. The image shows the digital press; optional modules are not implied to be included.
