Galaxy UD-06R3CLV 4-in-1 UV Printer — 600 mm
A 600 mm UV printer for UV DTF and roll-to-roll work. It prints UV DTF transfers with or without transfer film, and it prints directly onto flexible roll media, on rolls up to 100 m long. Prints cure instantly and stand up well to abrasion and to sunlight, indoors and outdoors.
Three Epson i3200-U1 heads carry CMYK, white and varnish, plus a second varnish channel (V2) used for foiling, for gold and silver effects. Both the carrier film and the UV DTF transfer film feed automatically, and an anti-crush system protects the heads. Ink comes from a chipless CISS bulk supply, and the inks are GREENGUARD Gold certified.
In draft mode (4 pass) it reaches 13 m²/h. Files are prepared in FlexiPrint. The printer runs on 220 V (1,500 W) and needs a floor space of at least 2.5 × 1 m and one operator.
It is the 600 mm version of the Galaxy UD-13R3CLV: same configuration, narrower print width.

How does it differ from the UD-13R3CLV?
Only in print width. The UD-06R3CLV prints 600 mm wide and the UD-13R3CLV 1300 mm, with the same configuration: three Epson i3200-U1 heads with CMYK, white, varnish and a V2 channel for foiling. In draft mode (4 pass) the UD-06R3CLV reaches 13 m²/h and the UD-13R3CLV 14 m²/h.
