Galaxy UD-06R3CLV 600 mm UV DTF Printer
The Galaxy UD-06R3CLV is a professional UV DTF (direct-to-film) printer with a 600 mm print width, built for decorating rigid and semi-rigid objects such as glass, metal, plastic, ceramic, wood and leather.
It is equipped with Epson i3200-U1 PrecisionCore print heads and prints CMYK plus white and varnish in a single pass sequence. The white layer gives full opacity on coloured and transparent substrates, while the varnish layer adds gloss, tactile texture and a protective finish to the transfer.
Because the image is printed onto UV DTF film and then transferred, no pre-treatment or primer is required on the target object, and non-porous or irregularly shaped surfaces that cannot be fed through a flatbed can still be decorated. Transfers are waterproof, heat-resistant and scratch-resistant.
The machine has a compact footprint and a modest power draw, so it installs in a standard production room without special electrical or extraction infrastructure.
