Jwei SG Series Digital Cutting Table

The SG series are flatbed cutting tables for rigid and flexible media, offered in three bed sizes: SG1625 with a 1600 × 2500 mm cutting area, SG2131 with 2100 × 3100 mm and SG3230 with 3200 × 3000 mm. All three share the same head, drive and control, so the choice is governed by sheet size and floor space rather than by capability.

The head has two multifunction tool stations with quick-insert holders, so tools change plug-and-play and one machine covers cutting, creasing, drawing and routing. An oscillating knife, a fixed knife and a drawing tool are supplied. Optional tooling includes a foam oscillating knife, a rotary knife, kiss-cut and press-cut knives, V-cut tools for honeycomb, grey board and card board, creasing wheels, a perforating knife and a routing module.

The table is a conveyor vacuum bed, which lets a long sheet or roll material be indexed through the machine rather than loaded one sheet at a time; a static vacuum table is available instead. Axis motion uses an advanced servo system with rack-and-pinion drive together with belt and trapezoidal screw, giving 0.01 mm motor accuracy and 0.05 mm repeatability at speeds up to 2000 mm/s.

Material thickness reaches 50 mm across BS board, PVC and PVC foam board, aluminium-composite panels, lamp sheet, KT board, acrylic, magnetic sticker and self-adhesive vinyl. The machine runs on a 380 V supply at 13 kW, is driven over a network connection, and is guarded by infrared and mechanical sensors with an emergency stop. An automatic feeding system for rigid materials and Engview software are available as options.
