About this machine
The MD-600D Ultra scales MINGDA's industrial platform to a 600 mm cube while keeping high precision (20 µm XY, 10 µm Z) and speeds up to 300 mm/s. Dual 350 °C extruders and a 45 °C enclosed chamber handle carbon- and glass-filled engineering polymers - PETG-CF, PET-CF/GF, ABS-CF/GF, PA12-CF, HtPA-CF/GF, PPS and PPS-CF - on a 10 mm aluminium plate with magnetic PEI sheet. A closed-loop motion system, fast auto-levelling, camera XY calibration and probe Z calibration keep long jobs dimensionally stable, and AI print detection stops failures early. The moisture-proof filament chamber holds two 3 kg spools with auxiliary feeding for uninterrupted large parts, and everything is controlled from a 10-inch colour touchscreen or remotely over WiFi/Ethernet.
