About this machine
The MD-400D+ uses independent dual extruders (IDEX) so each head moves separately: print two colours or two materials in one job, or double throughput with copy and mirror modes. Hotends reach 350 °C and the enclosed chamber holds 45 °C, which opens up engineering materials from PETG-CF and ABS-GF to PA12-CF, HtPA-CF/GF, PPS and PPS-CF, with PVA available for soluble supports. Motion runs at up to 300 mm/s with Input Shaper compensation and an aerodynamic cooling duct; camera-based XY offset calibration and probe Z calibration align the two heads automatically. A 7-inch screen on the MINGDA PI platform, WiFi/Ethernet remote monitoring, filament detection and power-loss recovery round out a machine aimed at continuous production.
