About this machine
The MD-1000D Ultra is MINGDA's largest D-series machine: a full 1000 mm cube that prints full-size prototypes, tooling, moulds and production parts in one piece. HIWIN linear guides, custom CNC-machined parts and a closed-loop motion system carry a lighter redesigned extruder at up to 300 mm/s travel, while dual 350 °C hotends and a 45 °C enclosed chamber run carbon- and glass-filled engineering polymers. Smart dual-nozzle alignment (camera XY, probe Z), hands-free auto-levelling and AI defect detection protect jobs that can run for days; power-loss recovery resumes after an outage. Two 3 kg spools sit in a moisture-proof chamber with auxiliary feeding, and the machine is driven from a 10-inch touchscreen on the MINGDA PI platform or from a mobile app for remote monitoring and printing.
