Partner terms

These terms govern the use of the Adline Solutions partner portal by approved resellers.

1. Partner status

Access to the portal is granted after Adline Solutions (Arcadia Solutions SRL) approves a partner application. Adline may suspend or withdraw access at any time.

2. Prices and quotations

All prices shown in the portal are net partner prices in EUR, VAT not included, and are confidential. They may not be shared outside the partner company. Quotations generated in the portal are issued by the partner to its own customers, in the partner's own name.

3. Orders

An order request sent through the portal is an inquiry. A sale is concluded only when Adline issues a proforma invoice or order confirmation.

4. Delivery

Unless agreed otherwise, deliveries are Ex Works / FCA from the agreed location.

5. Warranty

Manufacturer warranty terms apply as stated on the machine documentation. The partner is responsible for first-line support towards its own customer.

6. Intellectual property

Product texts, photographs and documents made available in the portal may be used for reselling the machines concerned, and for no other purpose.

7. Data protection

Personal data is processed in line with the Adline Solutions privacy policy.

8. Governing law

Romanian law applies; the competent courts are those of the seller's registered office.
