About this machine
AEON Nova10 Elite
The Nova10 Elite is the entry point to AEON's free-standing Redline machines. A 1000 × 700 mm bed, a 200 mm Z travel and a 120 kg table load mean the machine takes real parts, not just sheet, and the single high-power Glass source of 90 W or 100 W cuts wood, MDF and acrylic cleanly in production.
Built for a working day
The Chiller 5000 is integrated, the 500 W exhaust starts and stops automatically with the job, and air assist is fed from a 750 W compressor with a 24 L tank. Smart Panel, 1 G of internal memory and WiFi keep the job queue on the machine.
Positioning
A 100° 8 MP camera (3840 × 2160) shows the bed on screen, so a design is dropped onto the material where it actually lies, and AutoFocus sets the height for each thickness.
Extraction
Extraction is mandatory for PVC, ABS, polycarbonate, rubber and composites — see our fume extraction units for laser and CNC.
