About this machine

C6 Series Digital Cutting & Creasing Table with Automatic Sheet Feeder

The C6 series is a compact digital cutting table built around one idea: load a stack of printed sheets, press Start, and collect finished labels, stickers or box blanks at the other end. An automatic feeder takes the sheets from the stack, a conveyor table carries them under the cutting head, and the finished work is discharged into the receiving tray — feeding, cutting and receiving run as one continuous workflow, so short runs can be left to run unattended.

The cutting head carries the four standard tools: an electric oscillating knife, a universal (drag) cutting tool, a kiss-cut tool for half-cutting self-adhesive material, and a creasing tool for folding lines. An industrial CCD camera reads the registration marks on the printed sheet and aligns the cut path to the print, so contour cutting follows the artwork exactly. The material is held flat by vacuum suction during cutting and creasing, and the sheet feeder combines vacuum suction cups with non-contact suction cups to pick up paper and board from 80 to 800 gsm reliably.

No cutting die is needed. Designs are exported from Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW in DXF, HPGL, PDF or PLT format and sent over Ethernet to the machine's own control software, which runs in English. Cut files can be called up automatically by scanning a QR code printed on the sheet, which makes mixed jobs and small personalised batches practical without manual setup between sheets.

The machine cuts at up to 1200 mm/s with a repeatability of ±0.1 mm and handles material up to 5 mm thick, depending on the material. An SRA3 / A3+ sheet takes roughly 15 to 45 seconds, depending on the complexity of the shape — which suits print shops and packaging converters producing medium and high volumes of short-run work.

Three sizes are available — C6-0604 (600 × 400 mm), C6-0806 (800 × 600 mm) and C6-1012 (1000 × 1200 mm) cutting area. The C6-0806 is by far the most popular size: its 800 × 600 mm area takes B2 and SRA3 sheets, the formats most print shops already work with; all models accept sheets from 210 × 297 mm. Optional tools include a V-cut tool, a perforating tool, a Press & Cut tool, a Graphtec-type cut tool, a double-knife slotting tool for white card and grey board, and corrugated board creasing tools. With the optional roll feeder, the C6 also cuts printed labels automatically straight from the roll.

Materials and applications

Choose a material to see what the C6 cuts from it and which tool does the job.

Self-adhesive materials

The kiss-cut tool cuts through the printed face only and leaves the liner whole, so stickers and labels stay on the sheet, ready to peel.

  • Kiss-cut, liner stays whole
  • CCD camera registration
  • Labels from the roll with the optional roll feeder
  • Round printed stickers kiss-cut on a self-adhesive sheet, one sticker peeled off the liner
Round and shaped stickersContours kiss-cut around the print, aligned to the artwork by the camera.Kiss-cut toolCCD camera
  • Sheet of printed product and barcode labels, half-cut in rows on the liner
Product and barcode label sheetsRows of labels half-cut on one sheet, with tear lines where needed.Kiss-cut toolPerforating tool optional
  • Round and shaped printed labels next to a roll of self-adhesive label material

Plastic materials

PP and PVC sheet, rigid film and plastic display pieces are cut through with the electric oscillating knife, on the same table as paper and board.

  • Up to 5 mm, depending on the material
  • ±0.1 mm repeatability

Cardstock & specialty papers

Box blanks, sleeves, cards and tags are cut and creased on the same machine, fed automatically from the stack, with no cutting die to make.

  • 80 – 800 gsm from the sheet feeder
  • Stack up to 100 mm
  • Creasing tool standard
