Flora R20 / R32 UV Roll-to-Roll Printer

The Flora R20 / R32 is a UV roll-to-roll printer built for high-volume production. It is available in two widths on the same platform: the R20 handles media up to 2,000 mm, the R32 up to 3,200 mm.

Industrial Epson piezo print heads and a maximum resolution of 1440 x 1440 dpi give accurate, high-quality reproduction. Speed depends on configuration and pass mode, reaching 178 m2/h in 4-pass mode on the R32 - production efficiency without compromising output.

One of the platform's strengths is the automatic head heating combined with a dual negative-pressure system. Together they keep ink supply to the heads correct and continuous, minimising the risk of misfires and print interruptions.

The printer supports multiple print modes, including colour-white-colour sequences, so it adapts to a wide range of jobs, media types and finishing requirements.

For operational safety, a print head anti-collision system prevents head strikes, protecting the most expensive component and extending machine life.

Bulk ink is supplied from 1.5 L containers per colour, giving long unattended runtime and cutting the number of manual refills during production.

The UV LED curing system uses a cold light source with thermal and timeout protection, so prints cure fast and safely without heat-damaging sensitive media.
