The Flora F1 Hybrid prints rigid boards and roll media on a single machine. A vacuum conveyor table takes substrates up to 50 mm thick and 50 kg/m2, and switches to roll media without changing machine. It is offered in two widths: F1-250UV at 2.5 m and F1-320UV at 3.2 m.

The carriage takes 4 to 8 Konica Minolta KM1024i greyscale heads at 6 pl, printing up to 726 x 1440 dpi and reaching up to 200 m2/h in 2-pass mode with eight heads. The eight-colour ink set - CMYK + Lc + Lm + White + Varnish - supports three-layer printing, so white can be laid under, over or between colour layers.

Substrate thickness is measured automatically and the carriage height is calibrated in software. An anti-crash sensor, an anti-static system and white ink recirculation protect the heads and keep the white channel stable. The dual UV lamp system allows intensity to be set per lamp, and front and rear table extensions are available.
