Galaxy UD-32L8BQV Gen 6 UV Flatbed Printer
The Galaxy UD-32L8BQV Gen 6 is a top-tier industrial solution for UV printing on flat surfaces, engineered to combine the highest quality standards with high throughput. Equipped with Ricoh Gen6 print heads and an optional white and varnish channel, it covers a broad range of industrial, sign-and-display and commercial applications while letting the operator trade speed against quality as each job requires.
A heavy-duty frame, belt-free linear motor technology and a dual linear guide system keep the carriage stable and accurate even under sustained production loads. The machine is built for direct printing on rigid and flexible substrates such as PVC foam board, cardboard, acrylic, leather, self-adhesive vinyl and textiles.
Media up to 3200 mm wide can be loaded, with an effective print width of 2000 mm. The flatbed transport runs two independent vacuum zones, so smaller formats can be held down without wasting suction across the full table. An anti-static device and a pin registration system for boards support clean, repeatable results, and the carriage height adjusts up to 100 mm for thicker items. Production is driven from a PhotoPRINT RIP.
