The FLORA XTRA3220UV is a large-format UV flatbed printer built for high-volume production. It prints directly onto rigid and flexible materials up to 100 mm thick across a 3200 x 2050 mm bed, with the ink curing instantly as it is laid down, so boards come off the table dry and ready to finish.

The print system carries between 4 and 18 Konica Minolta KM1024A heads, configured to the throughput required. CMYK is standard; light cyan, light magenta, white and clear can be added, giving configurations from straight CMYK up to CMYK + LcLm + white + clear for backgrounds on transparent material and selective gloss effects. In four-pass production mode the machine reaches up to 225 m2/h, which supports an output of up to 1,500 m2 per day.

Running costs stay predictable: around EUR 0.70 per square metre of ink at average photographic coverage. Prints are mechanically robust and hold up to sunlight, so the output suits outdoor signage as well as interior work.

The machine is driven by FlexiPrint RIP software, with Onyx and Caldera available as options. Installation needs a minimum floor area of 7 x 4 m and one operator for material handling and operation.

Applications

Rigid signage and display boards, decorative panels, glass and acrylic, industrial marking on flat parts, and flexible media where the volume justifies a flatbed rather than a roll machine.
