Fulei Mate 170W Roll-to-Roll Laminator
The Fulei Mate 170W is a fully automatic, heavy-duty roll-to-roll laminator for wide-format lamination and mounting. It is built around a full steel drop-down frame, and the metal parts are cut to a CNC programme so that the rollers stay aligned across the whole 1700 mm working width. That alignment is what determines whether the laminate lies flat at the edges of a full-width print or picks up a wedge of trapped air.
The machine takes film up to 1700 mm wide and runs at 0 – 15 m/min. Rollers are 120 mm diameter silicone rubber, and the nip opens to 35 mm, which covers both film-to-print lamination and mounting printed material onto rigid board. The standard version is a warm laminator working up to 40 °C; a hot version reaching 120 °C is available where the film needs heat to activate.
Roller lift is fully electric, and the 3″ aluminium shafts are interchangeable drop-in type, so rolls can be swapped without dismantling the shaft assembly. A folding feed table supports the sheet or web on the way into the nip. The membrane control panel sets speed steplessly and reverses the feed direction, and the machine can be run either automatically or on a foot pedal, leaving both hands free to guide the material.
Safety and servicing are covered by an emergency stop, a photocell at the nip, and a thermal switch that cuts the heaters if the rollers overheat. The pressure plate is detachable for cleaning, a side cutter is fitted for trimming finished work off the roll, and the machine runs on heavy-duty braked castors. The machine measures 2150 × 460 × 1330 mm and ships in a 2310 × 650 × 1520 mm crate.
It is aimed at print production shops, sign makers and packaging departments running continuous wide-format finishing, where the duty cycle is high enough to justify a full steel machine rather than a light bench laminator.
