The Fulei Lite-170 is a fully electric roll-to-roll laminator built for wide-format finishing and precision mounting. It is offered as the Lite-170W warm version, which works between 0 °C and 40 °C, and the Lite-170H hot version, which reaches 120 °C for films that need heat to bond. Maximum lamination width is 1700 mm, so it takes the full output of most wide-format solvent, eco-solvent, latex and UV printers. The frame is machined on CNC equipment so that the two rollers stay parallel across the full working width, which is what keeps the laminate free of creases and air lines on long runs.

The top roller is raised and lowered by a motorised, fully electric lift rather than by hand levers, and opens up to 35 mm. That opening is what allows the machine to be used for mounting prints onto rigid boards as well as for film-to-print lamination. Media and take-up shafts are 3″ interchangeable aluminium drop-in shafts, so a roll can be changed without threading the core through a fixed spindle.

Operation is handled from a digital membrane control panel. Lamination speed is set digitally and can be trimmed to suit the film and the print; temperature is set electronically and is protected by an automatic thermal cut-off that isolates the heaters if the set point is exceeded. The machine runs either in automatic mode or under a foot pedal, and the feed can be reversed, which matters when a sheet has to be backed out and repositioned rather than scrapped.

Safety is covered by an emergency stop button and an optical photocell at the nip. A side cutter is fitted so that finished work can be trimmed off the roll without moving it to a separate bench, and the pressure plate is detachable for cleaning and servicing. The machine is supplied on its own steel stand, delivered knocked down, running on industrial castors with brakes; net weight is 220 kg.

It suits print production shops, digital print bureaux, sign makers and packaging departments that need to laminate and mount a steady volume of wide-format work with repeatable settings rather than operator judgement.
