About this machine

The PA-D6000 is a central dust collector for metal laser cutting, welding and cladding cells. At 6000 m³/h it serves a full cutting bed rather than a single nozzle. The cartridge bank cleans itself by pulse jet while the machine keeps running, which is what makes continuous production possible - there is no stopping to shake out a filter. Collected dust drops into a hopper for disposal.

Standard version (PPS)

This is the standard version, without the intelligent control package. From 15 September 2026 PURE-AIR supplies these units with a colour LCD touch screen and an upgraded control system. If the intelligent functions matter - real airflow readout, filter warnings, automatic compensation, RS-485 linkage - choose the i version of the same model.

Check before you specify

If the machine also cuts aluminium or magnesium alloy, this unit is not suitable - use the explosion-proof DE series.

Installation

Central unit, ducted to the machine enclosure or the extraction table. Requires a three-phase supply and a compressed air line for the pulse-jet cleaning system. Plan duct runs before installation: at these volumes duct sizing, not fan power, is usually what limits performance. Collected dust is emptied from the hopper.
