About this machine
The PA-DE6000 is an explosion-proof dust collector for the metals that make ordinary extraction dangerous: aluminium, magnesium-aluminium alloy and titanium. Their dust is combustible, and a conventional collector concentrates exactly the fuel and the ignition sources needed for a deflagration. The PA-DE6000 uses antistatic, flame retardant cartridges in explosion-proof construction, cleaned automatically by pulse jet. 6000 m³/h at 3500 Pa.

Standard version (PPS)
This is the standard version, without the intelligent control package. From 15 September 2026 PURE-AIR supplies these units with a colour LCD touch screen and an upgraded control system. If the intelligent functions matter - real airflow readout, filter warnings, automatic compensation, RS-485 linkage - choose the i version of the same model.
When this is mandatory, not optional
PURE-AIR is explicit: if the process cuts flammable metals such as aluminium-magnesium or titanium alloy, or if flammable gases are present in the workshop, an explosion-proof model must be used. A standard collector is not an acceptable substitute.
Installation
Same as the standard industrial units, plus the explosion-proof requirements: check the sealing of the explosion-proof joints regularly, keep the earthing resistance at or below 4 ohm, empty the dust hopper often - accumulated flammable dust is the hazard - and never fit non-original accessories to an explosion-proof unit.
